How colors change for feminine words
Basic colors follow the pattern أَفْعَلُ → فَعْلَاءُ
قَلَمٌ أَحْمَرُ a red pen · سَيَّارَةٌ حَمْرَاءُ a red car
قَلَمٌ أَحْمَرُ a red pen · سَيَّارَةٌ حَمْرَاءُ a red car
Other colors end in ـِيٌّ and add ـَةٌ for feminine
قَمِيصٌ وَرْدِيٌّ · حَقِيبَةٌ وَرْدِيَّةٌ
قَمِيصٌ وَرْدِيٌّ · حَقِيبَةٌ وَرْدِيَّةٌ
Word order: the color comes after the noun and matches it in gender.
How numbers change for masculine and feminine
1 and 2 match the noun and come after it
كِتَابٌ وَاحِدٌ · سَيَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
كِتَابٌ وَاحِدٌ · سَيَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
3 to 10 take the opposite gender: a masculine noun gets the number with ـَةٌ
ثَلَاثَةُ كُتُبٍ · ثَلَاثُ سَيَّارَاتٍ
ثَلَاثَةُ كُتُبٍ · ثَلَاثُ سَيَّارَاتٍ
11 to 19: the first part follows the 3–10 rule, عَشَرَ / عَشْرَةَ matches the noun
ثَلَاثَةَ عَشَرَ طَالِبًا · ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ طَالِبَةً
ثَلَاثَةَ عَشَرَ طَالِبًا · ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ طَالِبَةً
20, 30 … 90, 100, 1000 are the same for both genders.
Ordinal numbers (first, second …)
Ordinals are adjectives: they come after the noun and match it.
الدَّرْسُ الْأَوَّلُ · الْمَرَّةُ الْأُولَى

Most follow the pattern فَاعِلٌ → فَاعِلَةٌ; “first” is special: الْأَوَّلُ / الْأُولَى
